UC Davis Inaugural eDNA Symposium-- Huge CALeDNA Representation!

IMG_5211.jpg

The Delta Stewardship Council and UC Davis Coastal and Marine Sciences Institute hosted the inaugural Environmental DNA Symposium where researchers and managers across specialties came together to discuss the future of eDNA research. CALeDNA members across UCLA, UCSC, and UC Davis were able to catch up on each other’s work.

Rachel Meyer of CALeDNA gave a talk highlighting the strengths and diversity of research done through the program thanks to our wonderful citizen scientists! Check out the recorded livestream to hear an overview of the dozens of research projects going on in our program.
